Spreadly is provided by Universal Product Dispensary LLC to help organize business and rental property income and expenses.

Development and demo access

Spreadly is in development. The sample demo contains fictional data and resets on reload. Live bank connections are not yet available. Features and availability may change as development continues.

Your records and responsibilities

Only connect accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for reviewing assignments and reports for accuracy. Automated transaction assignments may be incomplete or incorrect. Keep independent copies of records you need.

Reports

Spreadly provides record-organization tools, not accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. Excel exports reflect the records and assignments available in the app and should be reviewed before being used for filings or other decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another user's data, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful activity.
