Privacy notice

Spreadly is a product of Universal Product Dispensary LLC. This notice describes the information used to organize business and rental property records.
Information used
The public sample demo uses fictional data. Changes in that demo reset when the page reloads. In the signed-in app, Spreadly uses your sign-in identifier to associate records with your account, along with business and property details, account information, transaction descriptions, amounts, dates, categories, and assignment choices.
Bank connections
Live bank connections are not yet available. When enabled, connections will use Plaid to obtain the account and transaction information you authorize. Spreadly does not ask you to send bank passwords to its support team. Plaid's handling of information is described in its End User Privacy Policy.
How information is used
Information is used to display transactions, apply assignment rules, support your review decisions, and generate Excel reports. Hosting, authentication, and bank data providers process information as needed to operate these features. Spreadly does not sell your financial information.
Your choices
You can change transaction assignments and download reports. When bank connections are enabled, disconnecting a bank through the app removes that connection and its imported accounts and transactions from Spreadly's active records. For account deletion, other privacy requests, or questions about retention, contact support@spreadly.info. Some information may remain in provider backups or where retention is required.
